About the role: We are seeking an experienced Plasterer to undertake a range of reactive and responsive works across social housing and public sector properties. The successful candidate will be required to operate within occupied and refurbished premises, carrying out various tasks as directed by the site management team, while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and professionalism. Location: The base location will be Bowburn however, you will be based on projects throughout the North East/Yorkshire. What we will expect from you: Undertake reactive / responsive works to Social Housing / public sector clients To work in and around existing occupied / refurbished properties Undertaking various works as directed by the site management team including full skimming of kitchens/bathrooms, boarding/patching works to bonding and skimming after electrical re-wires. Installation and repairs to coving will also be undertaken, along with patching artex Ensure exceptional levels of customer care Undertake works to a high standard on a right first time basis where possible Work independently as well as part of a team Submission of daily and weekly paperwork accurately and on time Bring additional trade skills or be willing to up skill where appropriate Be committed to achieving a high standard of Health and Safety in all its activities and ensuring compliance with all appropriate legislation and site policies and procedures To participate in any identified training or development opportunities To recognise the importance of fairness and equality in the workplace, to treat everyone with dignity and respect It is not possible for this document to totally encompass or define all tasks that may be required of the post holder.
