About the role
An established UK engineering consultancy working in land development and infrastructure is looking to appoint a Principal Infrastructure Engineer to support continued growth. This senior technical and delivery role involves leading infrastructure design on a range of development-led projects.
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of multiple schemes, managing design delivery from concept through to technical approval.
* Combine hands‑on technical work with leadership, setting engineering strategies, overseeing outputs, and keeping projects moving to programme and budget.
* Act as a key point of contact for clients, local authorities, and approval bodies, particularly for adoptable works.
* Lead 天天中彩票能? It refers to highway and drainage design, negotiating approvals for S104, S38 and S278 works, and ensuring all designs comply with current standards, codes of practice, and health and safety legislation.
* Work closely with internal design teams and provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
