Marketing Manager
This role is ideal for a creative digital marketer who loves short-form content, understands social algorithms, and wants to build and grow a brand from scratch.
I’m supporting an online retailer with big plans for 2026, including launching a new consumer brand and increasing their footprint across TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook and their multi-brand websites.
They need someone energetic, hands-on and commercially minded. Someone who can own content, shape campaigns, and bring a fresh perspective into a traditionally “corporate” industry.
What you’ll be doing
• Leading multi-channel marketing activity across B2C sites and marketplaces
• Managing paid social, CRM, content, landing pages and conversion optimisation
• Creating short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, stories, ads)
• Owning brand identity and tone of voice across all digital channels
• Working with suppliers on joint campaigns and funded activity
• Supporting the launch and growth of a brand-new consumer brand
What they’re looking for
• ~3 years digital marketing experience across social, content and performance
• Confident producing and editing video content (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express)
• Someone youthful in mindset – creative, energetic, switched on
• Able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team
• Commercial and data-led when it comes to results
Salary & setup
• Around £40k
• Hybrid working (Normanton office a couple of days a week)
