Responsibilities
* Multi-Account Social Media Management: Manage and maintain social media accounts for multiple businesses across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X. Ensure each brand maintains a distinct voice and consistent visual identity. Schedule and publish content across all accounts using social media management tools. Client integration and management, including invoices, reporting, presenting strategy and content ideas.
* Content Planning & Creation: Develop and maintain content calendars for each business, incorporating planned on-site visits to capture timely, location-specific content. Adapt content strategies to suit different industries, audiences, and marketing goals. Occasional locational shoots to produce engaging content including graphics, short-form video, photography, and written posts.
* Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and enquiries across all platforms. Maintain positive engagement with followers and customers. Escalate customer service issues to the relevant business where necessary.
* Performance Monitoring: Track analytics and platform insights across multiple accounts. Produce regular performance reports highlighting engagement, reach, and growth. Use data to refine content strategies and improve results.
* Campaign & Promotion Support: Plan and execute social media campaigns to support promotions, events, and product launches. Coordinate content with each business’s wider marketing activities. Support paid social campaigns where required.
* Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with social media trends, platform changes, and new content formats. Identify opportunities to grow audiences and improve engagement.
Qualifications
Essential
* Proven experience managing social media for multiple brands or clients.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage several content calendars.
* Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
* Experience creating engaging digital content using photography and videography skills.
* Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
* Full driving licence with own car.
* Local to Royal Tunbridge Wells.
Desirable
* Experience with scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Later, Sprout, or Buffer.
* Graphic design or video editing skills, e.g. Canva or Adobe.
* Experience running paid social campaigns.
* Understanding of digital marketing strategy.
