The Role You will manage a varied caseload of respondent and claimant employment matters, supporting businesses across multiple sectors while developing strong client relationships. Your work will include: Advising on contentious and non-contentious employment law issues Managing Employment Tribunal claims and litigation Providing day-to-day employment advice on disciplinary and grievance matters Advising on sickness absence, performance management and workplace disputes Supporting clients with redundancy programmes and restructures Advising on TUPE transfers Providing corporate employment support during business transactions Building long-term client relationships and delivering high-quality legal advice The team works with clients across sectors including financial services, healthcare, recruitment, publishing, media, IT, hospitality, manufacturing, retail and professional services.
