Internal Sales Administrator As an Internal Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting customers with quotations, order processing, stock enquiries, and delivery updates while ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained.Working closely with internal teams, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently from enquiry through to delivery. £12.71 - £13.50 per hour DOE 40 hours per week Monday to Friday Temp-to-Perm Opportunity Loughborough Key Responsibilities Producing and issuing customer quotations Processing customer orders and order entry onto Microsoft Dynamics Checking stock availability and providing accurate lead times Managing and responding to enquiries within a shared email inbox Liaising with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and any service-related issues Providing updates on order status and delivery schedules Resolving customer queries in a professional and timely manner Maintaining accurate customer and order records Supporting the wider sales and administration team with day-to-day office duties Building positive relationships with both new and existing customers Candidate Requirements Previous experience within an Internal Sales, Sales Administration, Customer Service, or Office Administration role Experience using Microsoft Dynamics is highly desirable Confident communicating with customers via phone and email Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Proficient with Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Excel, and Word If you have strong administration and customer service skills and enjoy working in a customer-focused role, we'd love to hear from you.
