We’re looking for a full-time, calling-focused Appointment Setter / SDR to qualify leads and book consults for our senior advisor.
What You’ll Do
* Call interested leads who requested more info and do a triage session to set up a further strategy session with the Senior Advisor / Closer
* Reschedule leads that did not show up (follow-up)
* Massive action in the follow ups every day
* Track CRM + daily numbers
* Join sales meetings
Key Metrics
* Generate 40-60 NEW appointments per month
* Number of dial attempts: min 150/day
* Maximize Show-Up Rate for Consults Booked: 90%+
Compensation
* 4k-8k USD OTE
We’re Looking For
* At least 3 months of active setting on a Calling-Focused appointment setting offer (appointment setting through the phone and calling)
* Understanding of the high ticket space
* Understanding of agency business models
* Fluent in English
* Based in the EU or US
