The Consultant will shape and deliver critical workstreams that directly strengthen public services and measurable outcomes for communities.
The Consultant will…
– Lead a small team to uncover performance opportunities through advanced analysis
– Translate findings into actionable, sustainable improvements for public sector clients
– Align workstream KPIs to organisational outcomes and national/public priorities
– Build productive relationships across government and frontline leadership
– Manage risk, maintain delivery momentum and ensure clarity in reporting
You will need
– Proven transformation experience within public sector or regulated environments
– Strong analytical capability and confidence guiding teams through complex data
– Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate clear narratives
– Experience designing solutions that improve operational performance
– Flexibility to work on-site with clients across the UK
