This is a Temp to Perm role
Location: Daventry
Work Pattern (High Availability = More Shifts):
Tuesday to Friday guaranteed work
Adhoc shifts available on Mondays & weekends to increase total hours
Pay Rate:
£15.55 per hour (PAYE)
£17.37 per hour (including holiday pay)
Start Time: 05:00 07:00 (early starts = full-day earning potential)
Average Shift Length: 11 hours
Bank Holidays: No work required
Earning Potential:
Core week (TueFri): ~44 hours
With adhoc shifts: 5566+ hours per week available
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year Class 2 HGV driving experience
Valid licence, CPC & Digi Tacho
Willingness to take additional shifts to maximise earnings
Physically fit heavy lifting required (flooring deliveries)
The Role:
Multi-drop delivery of flooring products. This is a physically active role with consistent hours and opportunities to pick up extra shifts for higher weekly pay.
