I am currently recruiting on behalf of an automotive OEM, based in Coventry, who are seeking a Manufacturing BOM Engineer Release Specialist to join their team
Job Description
As Manufacturing BOM Engineer Release Specialist, your main responsibilities are:
* Load, validate and release all Engineering Concerns (Change Orders/Change Actions) in DELMIA
* Attend regular cross-functional meetings
* Maintain progress reports to their line managers and with the customer.
* Conduct any validation activities needed to ensure our releases are robust and accurate.
* Manage the releases to completion and within the programme timing.
Qualifications / Skills needed
* Proven experience in engineering release.
* Well knowledge of Navigating Engineering structure.
* Experience or knowledge of driving process improvement activities and managing change.
* Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in the automotive industry.
* DELMIA Knowledge
* Experience of using Agile methodology, JIRA / Confluence
