Location: Aston Clinton Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent Job Overview: As a Production Operative, you'll play a key part in the manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include: Operating machinery and equipment with precision and care Assembling components to meet production specifications Carrying out routine quality checks Maintaining a clean and organised workspace Collaborating with team members to improve efficiencyWhat We Are Looking For: A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Experience using hand-held tools or working with fibreglass is beneficial but not essential, full training is providedPlease note that due to the location, having your own vehicle is essential.
