We are recruiting for a beautiful boutique Country House Hotel near Birmingham, seeking a passionate and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operation of its award-winning Brasserie Restaurant .

Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager within a hotel, luxury restaurant, or fine dining environment
