What to expect
We are looking for a commercially astute Business Growth & Service Development Lead to drive revenue growth and service innovation across our secure logistics and supply chain operations.
You will lead the commercial development of new and existing services, manage high-value customer contracts, and identify opportunities to expand into new markets where secure collection, delivery and distribution solutions are critical. You will be working closely with Operations, Finance, Legal, Banking and senior stakeholders to deliver profitable growth, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure commercial decisions are robust, compliant and future-focused.
Your Responsibilities:
* Lead high-value customer contracts, including negotiations, pricing and performance management
* Shape and deliver growth strategies, bids and proposals aligned to the wider business strategy
* Develop and launch commercially viable services in partnership with operations, technology and transformation teams
* Own commercial performance, profitability, forecasting and risk management

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Proven commercial management experience within logistics, secure transport, or cash operations
* A strong track record in contract negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management
* Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth
* Strong financial acumen, with the capability to interpret, challenge, and influence commercial performance
* Knowledge of secure logistics, cash operations, or relevant regulatory frameworks (highly desirable)
* Experience working collaboratively across functions and with a wide range of stakeholders
