We are recruiting on behalf of a well regarded law firm seeking a capable and detail oriented Legal Administrator to join their busy Private Client team.
This is an excellent opportunity to support a team of experienced solicitors and paralegals, providing essential secretarial and administrative assistance across a variety of matters includingwills, probate, trusts, andland registry applications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to Private Client fee earners
* Assist in the preparation of documents for wills, probate applications, and trust matters
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence with clients and third parties
* Handle submissions to HM Land Registry and track application progress
* Maintain accurate and well-organised client records and files
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
