Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:45 - 17:45

About the Role
We're looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Warehouse Operative to join the busy Spares Department at our client's Nottinghamshire site. In this role, you'll ensure spare parts and products are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched-helping maintain outstanding service for customers across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Pick, prepare, and pack spare parts and customer orders in line with company standards.
* Check and verify goods against delivery notes to ensure accuracy.
* Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly.
* Maintain accurate records of dispatched items using internal systems.
* Uphold all health and safety regulations within the warehouse environment.
* Work closely with colleagues and other departments to meet operational targets.
Skills & Experience Required
* Experience in a warehouse, dispatch, or spares environment (preferred).
* High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Basic IT skills for stock and system input.
* Forklift licence (desirable, not essential).
