Lidl GB is seeking a Customer Assistant to join their team. The role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of £13.00 to £13.95 per hour, a 20-30 hour contract, and various shifts. Benefits include 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata), 10% in-store discount, and a pension scheme.
As a Lidl Customer Assistant, you will keep moving, keep business booming, and never be bored. Your responsibilities will include restocking shelves, working on tills, and maintaining a clean and organized store. You will take pride in providing excellent customer service and working closely with your retail colleagues.
Responsibilities:
* Be a Lidl expert, helping customers with their questions and requests
* Efficiently work deliveries as they arrive in store
* Provide excellent customer service
* Proactively keep the bakery topped up by baking fresh goods
* Maintain and merchandise Non-Food products
Requirements:
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent customer service skills
* Flexibility to start a shift early or finish late
* A positive approach to changing priorities
* Drive and passion to work hard and make your store a success
