Bluebird Care are recruiting on behalf of their client for a compassionate, reliable Male Support Worker in the Ottery Saint Mary area. About the Role: 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Every other weekend Daily dog walks — must be comfortable with dogs! Drive client to appointments and social outings Provide gentle structure, motivation, and positive encouragement Focus on companionship, emotional support, and confidence-building No personal care required Option to pick up additional hours through Bluebird Care’s wider services Ideal for someone who enjoys gentle routines, good conversation, and spending time outdoors — and who wants to help someone live a more independent and fulfilling life. A genuine passion for providing uplifting, steady support Pay Rates: £13.00–£14.00/hour (Weekdays before 5pm) £14.00–£15.00/hour (Evenings & Weekends) £20.00/hour (Bank Holidays) Travel Time and Milage Paid!
