The team is fast-paced, hardworking, and they try to ensure every booking is filled and every candidate is placed in the right role. They have been established for over a decade and have a stable and enthusiastic team. Plans for the next two years are to expand, so its an exciting time to be joining the business.
They have a great opportunity for a resourcing consultant to join the growing team. This is going to be a key role within the team and will include:
Filling bookings for clients with speed and accuracy. Taking vacancies information from existing clients and fact-finding to ensure all requirements are met. Advertising roles and updating social media. Recruitment administration. Collecting and administering timesheets. Acting as a point of reference and support for job seekers. Answering queries. Sourcing, screening, and selecting suitable applicants. Liaising with clients, attending their premises and providing solutions to any queries they may have. Recruitment agency experience is essential for this role. We need you to have a thorough understanding of the process. You will be a team player with a proactive and positive outlook, as well as be able to demonstrate that you are a lateral thinker and that you can work using your initiative.
