Project EngineerLeeds / North England£50,000 - £60,000 per annumA specialist refrigeration contractor delivering bespoke cooling and climate control solutions across commercial and industrial environments throughout the UK. With a strong reputation for technical expertise and project delivery, this company provides full design, installation, and maintenance services for refrigeration systems, working across sectors including retail, food production, healthcare, and manufacturing. Focused on quality, efficiency, and long-term client relationships, the business combines hands-on engineering knowledge with strong project execution and customer support.Key Responsibilities:Manage refrigeration and HVAC projects from design through to commissioning, ensuring delivery within agreed timescales and budgetsCoordinate project documentation, procurement, subcontractors, and on-site labour resourcesProduce and manage RAMS, project programmes, and technical documentationAct as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal departments throughout project deliveryMonitor project costs, variations, and profitability while ensuring successful handover and resolution of commissioning issuesEnsure compliance with health & safety standards and relevant industry regulationsPackage:£50,000 - £60,000 per annum20 days annual leave + Bank HolidaysPension schemeHome-based roleCompany vehicle / travel expensesCareer development opportunitiesOngoing technical trainingWhat You'll Need:Previous experience in a Project Engineer or Project Management role within refrigeration or HVACStrong knowledge of refrigeration systems and industry regulationsExcellent communication and customer-facing skillsExperience managing subcontractors and coordinating project deliveryEngineering qualifications desirableCSCS or CDM experience advantageousInterested in hearing more?
