The Role
As a Legal Assistant within the Conveyancing department, you will play a key role in supporting fee earners with a varied residential property caseload. You will ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently, providing high-quality administrative and client support throughout the conveyancing process.
This position would suit someone with previous conveyancing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Providing day-to-day administrative support to fee earners within the Conveyancing team
2. Preparing and managing correspondence, documentation, and legal forms
3. Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties in a professional and timely manner
4. Opening, closing, and maintaining accurate client files
