Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lettings Branch Manager based in Great Shelford. The Lettings Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing a team, and delivering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving sales performance, meeting financial targets, managing tenancy renewals, developing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies. The role requires strong leadership, a customer-focused approach, and a results-driven mindset.

* Sales acumen, business development, and customer relationship management
* Understanding of legal and regulatory compliance in property services
* Ability to analyze data, meet targets, and implement effective strategies
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in property management systems or relevant digital tools
* A valid UK driver’s license is preferred
* Previous management experience in a similar role is advantageous
