The Role: Marketing Assistant
This position is designed for individuals who want to gain real experience in marketing through direct, customer-facing sales. You will be representing client brands, driving new customer acquisition and supporting the growth of marketing campaigns. All training is provided, and no prior experience is required.
Responsibilities
* Engage with customers to promote client products, services and campaigns
* Represent brands professionally at on-site promotions, events and setups
* Support daily sales activity to increase campaign performance
* Assist in developing and refining marketing messages based on customer feedback
* Learn how to manage and grow client accounts
* Track activity, report results and contribute to team targets
* Work alongside senior team members to understand full campaign strategy
Training and Development
You will receive full paid training in:
* Sales-driven marketing techniques
* Customer acquisition and engagement
* Brand representation
* Campaign performance tracking
* Communication and presentation skills
* Leadership and team development as you progress
