Job Details
1. Act as the trusted advisor to the Rotary VP GM and other members of Leadership, providing daily input and guidance on the people, teams or programs needing the attention in order to drive people objectives.
2. Develop, coordinate and participate in creative solutions to business challenges and cultural change.
3. Identify and coordinate long term talent management planning to develop longer term organizational capability.
4. Partner with Business Leadership on business growth activities including acquisitions and integrations.
5. Routinely consult and engage with the Rotary Leadership team to foster and promote engagement at all levels of the organization.
6. Partner with line managers, coaching and advising them on all people matters.
7. Take appropriate actions to address and resolve employee relations issues.
8. Work directly with the recognised trade Union(s), holding monthly meetings and building on the existing positive relationships within the Client Group(s).
9. Pro-actively engage with the company’s designated Occupational Health Service to leverage support to the maximum benefit of both employees and the business.
10. Ensure the consistent and equitable application of organization policies and procedures.
11. In coordination with the broader HR team, ensure that StandardAero UK is compliant with StandardAero practices and procedures.
12. Actively engage in and communicate regional and corporate initiatives for the Rotary Business Unit.
13. Prepare reports, documentation and relevant presentations that are required on a regular and ad hoc basis.
14. Participate in site-wide and company-wide HR initiatives as required.
Experience:
15. 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a significant portion of that time spent in a strategic HRBP or senior-level role.
16. Proven experience in partnering with senior leadership, managing complex HR challenges, and leading organizational change.
17. Experience in multiple HR domains, such as talent management, performance management, employee relations, compensation, organizational development, and Trade Union relations.
18. Familiarity with HR technology and data analytics tools to drive decisions (HRIS systems, reporting tools, .
19. Experience with organizational design and change management.
