The Role
As a Site Services Engineer, you'll take ownership of all site utilities and facilities, ensuring reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement across the factory.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing site utilities (refrigeration, steam, HVAC, water systems)
* Delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across site services
* Diagnosing faults and ensuring timely, effective repairs
* Driving improvements to increase efficiency, reliability, and sustainability
* Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Quality standards
* Managing contractors and service providers
* Supporting installation, commissioning, and project work
* Maintaining engineering records, reports, and COSHH systems
* Contributing to a strong continuous improvement culture

About You
* Experience within site services, facilities, or utilities engineering
* Background in manufacturing, food, FMCG, or similar regulated environments
* Recognised engineering qualification (apprenticeship/ONC/HNC or equivalent)
* Multi-skilled with both mechanical and electrical knowledge
* Strong understanding of utilities (refrigeration, steam, HVAC)
