We’re excited to offer a brilliant opportunity for an Internal Salesperson within our UK Trade and Export Team in Halesowen About the Internal Sales role: You’ll be undertaking tasks such as responding to incoming enquiries, customer queries and processing orders. Expect to be on the phone as well working with a high volume of customers and branch network. You’ll proactively follow up on outstanding customer enquiries, prepare accurate quotations, and look for opportunities to upsell and add value. We’re looking for someone confident and proactive. You’ll have prior experience in internal sales as well as a background in engineering or manufacturing. What we're looking for in our Internal Salesperson: Knowledge of MRO/Engineering products is essential for this role Prior internal sales experience or experience within a customer service / administrative environment.
