Customer Services Advisor
Based at Endurance House, Chivers Way, Histon, Cambridge, CB24 9ZR.
Hours: 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday from 9 to 5 – flexi time scheme
Salary: £28,242.43 pa
About the role:
As a Customer Adviser, you are the first point of contact for our customers, providing a first class customer-focussed service when dealing with a wide range of telephone enquiries, emails, live chat and face to face. The Customer Services Team also plays a critical part in providing efficient support to our Housing Management and Property Services Teams.
About you:
* Previous experience in an administrative and customer facing role essential.
* Professional telephone manner and excellent communication and administrative skills.
* Able to negotiate confidently and demonstrate an assertive approach, with discretion and diplomacy.
* Able to be responsive and make decisions in a timely and effective way.
* Able to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines.
* Competent in MS Office packages (Word, Excel and Outlook).
