Carpet Roles UK are delighted to be assisting our Clients, one of Europe's leading access floor manufacturers and the largest independent manufacturer in the UK in their search for an Estimator for their Soft Flooring Division which, now based in modern offices in Warrington is expanding and looking to strengthen the team to maintain the growth of this division. The Company are seeking: An Experienced Estimator in Soft Floor Finishes, Carpets and Vinyl. You will prepare and submit Estimates based on information provided by the client to a high standard in a professional organised manner and on time. Must be from a commercial Flooring background. Ideally have experience of Callidus and Excel Estimation Software packages. You will be an experienced Commercial Flooring Estimator who can hit the ground running in a busy office, allocate your own workload from their Computer System (CRM) and contribute to the effective winning of new business and its subsequent cost effective delivery. Briefly Your Duties will involve: Understand our clients CRM system and self allocate work based on certain criteria and update the system to ensure full status of each quote is known at all times Receive enquiries, interpret the requirements by understanding the information provided within the M50 specifications, Drawings and Bills of Quantities Call the client to discuss and clarify any doubts or questions about the enquiry Do a full material take off by using Callidus. Prepare the estimate using Excel fully itemising all aspects of the work. Obtain material costs and labour rates ensuring best prices at all times. Finalise the estimate and ensure all documents are fully completed and sent to the client on time and in the company structure Pass over all documents and files to administration so the quotes can be logged. Perform other duties within your capabilities as may be determined from time to time by a Director of the Company. Hours: 37.5 Hours per week (or to suit the needs of the business) Monday to Friday. Holidays: 25 days Statutory Bank Holidays. Salary: Negotiable Depending upon Experience.
