What you'll do:

1. Customer Focus
2. Support service delivery in accordance with contractual requirements.
3. Apply the principles of Key Account Management (KAM) in support of the ISO 44001 standard.
4. Leadership
5. Deliver the quality management system against the EMCOR UK strategy and objectives.
6. Supervise quality assurance staff and coordinate their activities.
7. Provide training and mentorship to team members.
8. Review the method for ensuring that all employees and any other persons employed under EMCOR UK's direct control comply with the account specific quality arrangements.
9. Engagement of People
10. Drive the engagement of people through the Employee Engagement Survey.
11. Implement the GEMS programme onto the account as part of reward and recognition.
12. Deliver quality assurance training as required on the account.
13. Consult and communicate with employees on local objectives and targets.
14. Engage with the Creating Balance and Wellbeing Team.
15. Process Approach
16. Establish and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
17. Implement and deliver the ISO 9001 management system on the account in line with the 7 pillars of quality assurance.
18. Align QA strategies with organisational goals and regulatory requirements.
19. Improvement
20. Implement and maintain the internal quality audits programme.
21. Host and facilitate external audits, including BSI assessments for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001.
22. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
23. Communicate quality-related issues to stakeholders.
24. Recommend corrective and preventive actions, and monitor trends.
25. Promote improvement in work practices through ownership and commitment from EMCOR UK personnel.
26. Implement the Learning from Experience framework to drive continual improvement and communicate learning.
27. Support the Customers for Life (C4L) program and utilise feedback to drive improvement.
28. Support the EMCOR UK QA Manager with accreditation, awards, and certification.
29. Apply risk-based thinking to drive the QMS.
30. Support the corrective and preventative action process through root cause analysis.
31. Complete an annual management review of the account QMS and report on performance to the leadership team.
32. Evidence Based Decision Making
33. Track performance indicators related to quality.
34. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement.
35. Utilise feedback from customers and employees to develop the QMS.
36. Embed outcomes from management review into the QMS.
37. Relationship Management
38. Implement KAM principles and foster collaboration with stakeholders.
39. Embed the C4L initiative on the account.
40. Support a culture of collaborative and engaging communication.


Who you'll be:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proficient in quality management systems and software including SharePoint.
* Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
* Continual improvement tools and techniques.
* Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
* Clean, full driving licence.
