We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Wealth Operations Technical Officer.
Responsibilities:
* Conducting thorough investigations related to customer transactions.
* Utilising systems and tools to explore and analyse customer data.
* Identifying irregularities, discrepancies, or potential issues.
* Ensuring data accuracy and integrity
* Using data to inform decision-making processes
* Ensuring compliance with established procedures and guidelines.
* Maintaining a high level of accuracy in all tasks
* Using Excel functions, formulas, and pivot tables effectively
* Regularly reviewing work outputs to verify correctness.
* Implementing quality control measures.
* Addressing any errors promptly.
* Demonstrating a consistent track record of maintaining high-quality standards
Skills and Requirements:
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel.
* Data analysis and investigation
* Strong excel knowledge
* Experience in quality checking and assurance
* attention to detail
* Clear and concise communication
* Work well in a team environment
