 
        The Role We are seeking a Customer-focused Service Supervisor to join Brayleys Cars Limited’s Honda dealership in Ewell. It’s a fast-paced environment where you will be part of the team reporting to the Aftersales Manager. You’ll be putting your people skills to great use by guiding our customers through their service experience and ensuring they are pleased at every step. You’ll be joining an expanding business that represents Honda Passenger Cars, Honda Motorcycles, Nissan, KIA, Mazda, Hyundai, Renault, Dacia and Suzuki across London, The Home Counties, The Thames Valley, The West Midlands and the Greater Manchester area. Unusually for our industry, the structure and workflows across our businesses mean that we can offer this role with NO REQUIRMENT FOR WEEKEND WORKING. As part of our aftersales team, you will be responsible for handling face to face, phone and email queries and converting these to workshop bookings. You will manage the end-to-end customer experience. Day to day, you will: Oversee service reception & other advisors Progress work through the workshop Control of WIP & debtors ensuring all work is invoiced and paid in line with company requirements Oversee booking diary raising any concerns with Aftersales Manager Respond to enquiries from new and existing customers who need to make use of our workshop facilities Provide outstanding customer service as the face of both Brayleys and our partner vehicle brands as you guide our customers through their visit to our workshop for repairs and maintenance Meet team and individual sales targets by through sales of added value products such as continuing maintenance plans. Manage the vehicle handover process, ensuring compliance with all processes when our customers collect their vehicles after repair.
