People Operations Lead
Location: Birmingham City Centre, hybrid, full time, permanent.
£40-44k dependant on experience
Hybrid, full time and permanent
We are seeking an experienced People Operations Lead to manage and develop a team of People Administrators, working closely with the Talent team and other People Operations Leaders.
This is working within a large business based in Birmingham City Centre and they are searching for someone who can effectively lead a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading, coaching and developing a team of People Administrators
* Collaborating effectively with fellow Team Leaders across the business
* Delegating workloads and supporting the team with prioritisation
* Producing weekly operational reports for the business and People Team
* Ensuring timely and seamless onboarding for new employees
* Maintaining accuracy when adding early careers populations to internal systems
* Conducting data quality checks and offering real-time, constructive feedback
* Coaching and upskilling team members to deliver a customer-centric service
* Managing and investigating issues and resolving queries as needed
Experience:
It is ESSENTIAL to have previous experience in a team leader or manager position in a professional service or corporate environment. Is would be ideal to have previous HR systems, policies and processes experience but this part is not essential.
