Job Description What you'll do Plan and schedule all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits Manage field service engineers’ diaries and allocate work in line with business targets Make ownership of all return visits required following an engineer’s initial attendance Coordinate and schedule specialist equipment or subcontractors in accordance with company procedures Make informed decisions by assessing multiple factors such as priority, SLA, engineer skillset, and location Log, track, and support the resolution of customer complaints Carry out any additional administrative or coordination tasks assigned by the Manager
