About The Team
The Treasury team acts as the first line of defense (LoD) and is at the forefront of driving financial excellence and supporting strategic growth. The mission of the Treasury team is to optimize financial resources and investments, manage financial risks, ensure robust liquidity, and oversee effective cash management and treasury operations. The team collaborates closely with product and business teams to align financial strategies with business objectives, enabling sustainable success and growth.
About The Role
As a Senior Treasury Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial health, ensuring efficient treasury operations, and driving growth. Your responsibilities will include:
* Cash & Liquidity management:
o Manage and monitor wholesale credit limits to ensure adequate liquidity for operations, minimizing counterparty risk.
o Carry out short-term cash flow forecasting and actuals variance analysis across group accounts.
o Collaborate on the implementation of a Treasury Management System, including documenting requirements, design, and testing.
o Evaluate capital requirements, manage FX, and optimize returns on short-term investments.
* Managing relationships with partner banks:
o Partner with internal and external stakeholders on KYC and account management processes.
o Ensure all banking relationships comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
* Payments/transfers execution and collateral management:
o Execute payment and transfer activities.
o Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with policies.
o Manage collateral requirements, including monitoring collateral positions.
* Setup and maintain policies, processes, and procedures:
o Identify and implement improvements to ensure efficient processes for treasury operations.
o Update procedural documentation as needed to align with changing regulations and business needs.
What Are We Looking For
Tide seeks an experienced and motivated Senior Treasury Operations Analyst. The ideal candidate will have:
* Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Treasury Operations and Cash Management.
* Prior experience in financial services, preferably in technology-driven and scale-up environments.
* Knowledge of cash-flow forecasting, flow of funds, and payment systems.
* Self-starter with strong attention to detail and ownership mentality.
* Comfortable working with ambiguity.
* Experience mitigating operational risk.
* Experience with Cash Management systems.
* Experience using BI reporting tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is desirable.
* Ability to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
