We're now looking for a Inventory Systems Controller - Customer Focus to manage inventory processes, support bespoke customer requests, maintain accurate reporting, and ensure system integrity across the site
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Support the customer with inventory requests and queries including hold code management processes
* Produce reports using Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems
* Testing systems and verifying location accuracy to maintain data integrity
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow and customer satisfaction

* Proven experience in stock control within a co-pack or warehouse environment
* Excellent attention to detail with strong numeracy and analytical skills for data reporting
* IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems; experience with Blue Yonder or Nulogy is desirable
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with multiple external customers
* Effective communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
