Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating contractor agreements and international terms of business.
- Advising on employment law and contingent workforce compliance across multiple countries.
- Supporting cross‑border operations and market expansion strategies.
- Partnering with commercial teams to manage risk and structure compliant engagement models.
- Handling disputes and providing pragmatic, business‑focused legal advice.
- Delivering guidance and training to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer (UK or international) with ~3+ years’ experience.
- Strong commercial contracts background, ideally within recruitment/workforce solutions.
- Experience with contractor models and international terms.
- Solid grounding in employment law.
- Confident working with stakeholders in a fast‑paced, global business.
