Deputy Children’s Home Manager – Location: Hertfordshire – Full time, permanent. Salary up to £44,000 (DOE). Brand new 3-bed EBD home.
What You’ll Do
* Support children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD)
* Create a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment
* Lead and motivate a team of residential staff
* Assist the Registered Manager in daily operations and compliance
* Drive high standards of care, safeguarding, and outcomes
Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year of managerial experience in a children’s residential setting
* Must be enrolled on the Level 5 Leadership & Management in Residential Childcare
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding, regulations and best practice
* Passionate, resilient, and ready to make a difference
