The Role
• Develop and own comprehensive UAT strategies, test plans, and execution cycles.
• Lead the coordination of go-live activities, including pilots and phased rollouts.
• Act as the primary liaison between IT, business teams, and store operations during implementations.
• Manage defect triage and resolution tracking within tools like JIRA.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing and implementation processes.
What You'll Need
• Proven experience leading UAT and implementation in large-scale retail transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of in-store retail systems, including POS, Self Checkout, and BOS software.
• Hands-on experience with UAT planning, execution, and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Projects).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across diverse teams and third-party vendors.
• Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies, coupled with an analytical and detail-oriented approach.
