Ideal Candidate
21. Proven experience of working in a customer facing role, such as F&B, reception, meeting & events, housekeeping etc. Ideally gained within the hospitality sector
22. Excellent level of numeracy and literacy skills
23. Excellent oral and written Communication skills
24. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. With the ability to work under pressure
25. Strong Organisation and Planning skills and the ability to prioritise appropriately.
26. Fully flexible with working hours/shifts
27. Possess a can-do attitude.
28. Good understanding of the English language

Our Academy Conference Centre, located on the 5th floor with panoramic views of the Pentland Hills, features 14 meeting rooms and can accommodate up to 120 guests.
