The Role: You will play a key role in delivering expert legal advice on all aspects of excellent quality company commercial law to include: Approx 70% transactional work. 30% commercial/contracts Mergers & Acquisitions Share restructures Employee ownership trusts SPV / Joint ventures Succession planning Family Farming Partnerships And much more The firm don't have specific sector focus (yet!), but because of their geography have many agricultural & manufacturing clients You will be encouraged to build relationships with your own client base as well as advise the established & loyal clients already on board What experience do you need: 5 years' PQE in corporate commercial law (ideal, but not essential) Strong background and willingness to learn An openness for business development would be an advantage, but do also get in touch if you really dislike this!
