We are seeking enthusiastic Advanced Nurse Practitioners to join our established team and be a part of a company that really makes a difference.
Main duties of the job:
As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be supported by, and work with, a diverse multi-skilled professional team of clinical and non-clinical friendly staff, providing high quality, person-centred, holistic nursing care to patients registered with Omnes Healthcare practices, including screening, assessment, and treatment.
Role Requirements
* Current NMC Registration
* Independent Prescriber Qualification
* Experience of working in a Primary Care environment
* Commitment to patient care
* Adherence to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code of Professional Conduct and familiarity with The Scope of Professional Practice and other NMC advisory papers
* Use of evidence-based practice to develop and maintain high-quality, clinically effective, and cost-effective primary care
* Participation in and provision of clinical supervision as required
* Participation in research within the practice, as appropriate
