The job involves the following duties:
1. Applying Powder Coating:
Using a spray gun in a spray booth, applying powder coating to various parts and components.
2. Targeted Work:
Focusing on quality and detail to achieve a high-quality finish.
3. Identifying Defects:
Detecting paint defects and performingnibbing(a form of surface preparation) before polishing.
4. Polishing:
Polishing different components to meet cosmetic requirements, following process cards and instructions.
