About the role
We’re looking for a friendly, helpful person to join the team in our Hinckley branch. The role is at the heart of the local community, supporting a wide range of customers in a welcoming environment, where every day is different.
This is a part-time opportunity working:
Week one - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 10am - 2.30pm
Week two - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 10am - 2.15pm, and Saturday 8.45am - 12.30pm
This role will suit someone who’s at ease with people and able to support them in a caring, friendly, and efficient manner. Responsibilities include finding solutions for customers, staying up to date with services and policies, managing admin, handling cash transactions carefully and accurately, and taking calls for our Customer Service area.

About you

Essential qualifications include:
* Experience interacting directly with customers daily in a customer-focused environment
* Evidence of providing excellent customer service
* Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities
Desirable experience includes:
* Experience in cash handling
