We're looking for an experienced Patient Care Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused dental environment. This is an opportunity for a confident front office professional who understands the flow of a productive practice and can step in seamlessly to support both patients and the clinical team.
As the first and last point of contact, you set the tone for the entire patient experience. We're seeking someone who is polished, proactive, and comfortable managing the moving parts of a busy dental office with professionalism and ease.
What You'll Do:
* Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
* Manage a full, productive schedule while minimizing gaps
* Verify insurance benefits and clearly communicate coverage
* Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements confidently
* Coordinate follow-ups and support case acceptance
* Maintain accurate patient records and data entry
* Run reports (unscheduled treatment, hygiene recall, etc.) and support production goals
* Collaborate with the clinical team during daily huddles
* Maintain an organized, efficient front office environment
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Qualifications
* High School diploma or GED required
* 1–2 years of front office, dental, or customer service experience preferred (dental experience strongly encouraged)
* Familiarity with dental insurance, treatment plans, and fee schedules is a plus
* Comfortable using dental software, Microsoft Office, and general computer applications
