About The Team: You are part of the Digital team at RX, dedicated to enhancing customer outcomes at RX events with digital tools. In this role, you will contribute by identifying and scaling high-impact product execution or go-to-market techniques across global events, ensuring consistent delivery of excellence and measurable growth.
About The Role
The Performance Optimisation Manager leads the development and scaling of best practices across RX’s digital product portfolio, driving consistent customer outcomes and commercial growth. This role designs and embeds a repeatable process to identify, validate, and scale high-impact execution and go-to-market tactics, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement. Working closely with Product, Product Success, and GTM teams, and providing dotted-line leadership to 10 Product Partners and Group Leads, the manager ensures alignment and momentum across markets.
Responsibilities
* Stakeholder Management
* Build trust in scaling proven practices using data and real-world examples.
* Establish clear ownership and accountability by aligning Product, Product Success, and Go-To-Market teams to embed best practices into daily workflows.
* Build and Run the Process
* Design a scalable and effective process (identify → validate → scale) with defined milestones and tools and aligned with commercial goals.
* Focus on high-impact practices and streamline testing to speed up results.
* Ensure teams have the right tools to track, test, handover and scale effectively.
* Validate and Scale Proven Practices
* Oversee the rollout of validated practices across markets with measurable impact.
* Demonstrate early success by narrowing the variance in North-Star-Metric with clear examples of consistent execution.
* Align teams on shared goals, success criteria, and feedback loops for consistent execution.
* Enable Continuous Improvement
* Pilot new ideas and refine processes regularly based on feedback and performance.
* Dotted line management of 10 Product Partners & Group Leads. Build the team’s experimentation skills through workshops and share case studies to drive impact.
* Demonstrate Strategic Impact
* Report quarterly on how optimisation efforts support commercial outcomes and North-Star-Metric improvements.
* Position performance optimisation as a key growth driver in strategic discussions.
Experience
* Proven experience in performance optimisation, product operations, or digital product roles within a digital or B2B environment.
* Strong background in designing and scaling repeatable processes across global teams.
* Demonstrated success in driving measurable improvements in customer outcomes.
* Highly skilled in stakeholder engagement, with experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
* Proficient in data analysis, experimentation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
* Experience leading matrixed teams and managing cross-regional initiatives.
* Comfortable presenting strategic impact to leadership and contributing to long-term planning.
