Madrian Care Ltd is seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. In this rewarding role, you'll support adults with learning disabilities, promoting safety, independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, every day will be different. You'll:
* Provide personal care and daily living support in line with individual care plans.
* Promote independence by encouraging choice, confidence, and life skills development.
* Support people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour using positive, person-centred approaches.
* Help service users take part in meaningful activities – from cooking and hobbies to exercise and creative projects.
* Accompany individuals on community outings such as shopping, appointments, and social events.
* Build trusting relationships that support wellbeing, dignity, and inclusion.
* Work closely with colleagues, families, and professionals to deliver consistent, high-quality care.
* Keep accurate records and follow safeguarding, health & safety, and company policies.
* Take part in training, team meetings, and supervision to grow your skills and support your team.

* Previous experience in care is helpful but not required - we'll provide full training.

Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
