This is a senior first line role with real visibility – supporting conduct and operational risk oversight, enhancing risk frameworks, and influencing stakeholders at leadership level.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading enhancements to conduct & control frameworks
* Delivering deep-dive risk reviews and thematic analysis
* Providing robust challenge across risk assessments and controls
* Producing high-quality reporting for senior forums
* Supporting regulatory engagement and risk appetite development
* Driving continuous improvement and innovation in risk processes
