Drive revenue growth through continual quality improvement, coaching your team to help them better understand and address customer needs and challenges. Identify, recruit and develop world class Sales Development Representatives, providing an exceptional talent pool for career progression within Oracle. Invest in Sales Development Representatives, enabling them to grow professionally. Build strong business relationships with all stakeholders (In-country Sales Reps, Sales Managers, Sales Directors and Country Leaders) to deliver on company goals, vision and strategy. Conduct ongoing regular coaching & performance appraisals and manage all related performance issues. Report regularly to SDR Leadership on the performance of the SDRs in lead qualification, furnishing them with statistics on lead quality and other health metrics of your business. Ensure compliance to Oracle tools usage and processes. Implement programmatic training and development plans. This role will be based in the London office 3 days a week.
