The Litigation, Regulatory and Community Team, as part of the Council’s Legal Service, is looking for an experienced solicitor to undertake a high quality litigation caseload with minimal supervision.
The team has a vacancy for a qualified solicitor specialising in any one or more areas covered by the team.
* Local authority education
* Adult community care
* General local government litigation
* Judicial review
* Action against statutory bodies (ASB)
* Housing condition claims
A willingness to learn other areas covered by the team is also required.
