Hospitality Service Manager

You as our Food and Beverage Manager will have full management responsibility for the restaurants, bar, in‑room dining, conference & banqueting, and special events. It is a hands‑on role focusing on leading your team to deliver exceptional guest hospitality experiences, managing the F&B budget, rotas, stock control, and sales.

* Proven track record of success working in a management role within a busy food and beverage operation.
* Strong operational knowledge of food & beverage with a strong commercial awareness in this sector.
* Capable of driving and motivating teams through periods of change, with a track record in recognising and developing future hospitality stars.
* Ability to create a positive culture within the team.
* Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
* Strong organisation and planning skills.
* Experienced in managing budgets and driving revenue sales.
