Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Group Manager to manage a group of schools in Essex. The portfolio consists of four primary schools and two secondary schools all within the same education trust. Previous catering and operational management experience is essential. This is a term-time only role with an additional two weeks to cover events, mobilisations and training days.

Successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure. Salary dependant on experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a group of schools in Essex (four primary schools and two secondary schools) within the same education trust.
* Lead and motivate teams, develop strong client relationships across the portfolio, and maintain high standards of service.
* Be commercially astute and willing to roll up sleeves to support teams when needed.
* Uphold Health & Safety, Retention, Quality and Finance KPIs; contribute to People, Perception, Passion and Pride values.
* Attend term-time activity with an additional two weeks to cover events, mobilisations and training days.
* Complete required checks (enhanced DBS) as part of the appointment process.
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous catering and operational management experience is essential.
* Experience managing multiple sites within an educational or similar multi-site environment is desirable.
* Ability to build credibility, lead teams, and develop client relationships.
